Royal Doulton Christmas Plate

Offered for sale is a Christmas plate issued by Royal Doulton. It features two children ice skating in Victorian dress on a white ground. The border is embossed and decorated with sprigs of holly and a gilded rim. There is a Christmas rhyme on the reverse again decorated with sprigs of holly. Issued for Christmas 1977 it comes with a certificate of authenticity and original Christmas presentation box.
