Offered for sale is a lovely Minton Delft Blue soup dish and plate. The backstamps are of the version used by Minton from 1912 to 1950 which has the crowned globe with laurel leaves, Mintons, Delft, England. They both have impressed mark of Mintons and the soup dish has the impressed date symbol for 1921. The plate markings are less clear, however, as it a says "England" rather than "Made in England" that dates it to 1921 or earlier.

ConditionIn overall great condition for a genuine antique plate and dish used for over 100 years of dining. There is some age related crazing as you would expect , however there are no chips, cracks or signs of restoration.
