Beatrix Potter "Jeremy Fisher" Figurine by Royal Albert

Offered for sale is a figurine by Royal Albert depicting the Beatrix Potter character "Mr Jeremy Fisher". This particular model is one of the first version and was modelled by Arthur Gredington, and comes in three variations. Royal Albert only produced the second variation in which Jeremy is a green frog with large spots on his head and stripes on his legs. This variation has a gloss finish. It was issued by Royal Albert in 1989 and discontinued by them in 1998. It has the Bp-6a back-stamp. Beswick continued production of this figure from 1998 to 2002.
