Offered for sale is a 19th century S. Fielding & Co "Sevres" pattern teapot complete with matching stand. Fielding's were manufacturers of earthenware and majolica at the Railway Pottery Stoke and was renamed Devon Pottery in 1912. They are richly decorated with a vibrant floral theme in hues that are indeed reminiscent of Crown Devon .The backstamp and registration number indicate the year of manufacture being 1892.
