19th Century "Macbeth" Pierced Plate

Offered for sale is a 19th century pierced plate. It depicts a scene from the William Shakespeare play Macbeth to it's centre encircled with a geometric pattern. The border is impressed with a basket weave pattern and the rim is pierced. A most unusual decorative piece.
