Offered for sale is an attractive , Chinese oviform vase. Nicely decorated in vibrant shades of purple, orange and blue on an ivory coloured ground. The main decoration is of two ladies in a garden, standing under a tree. They appear to be looking to another scene where it looks like a young lady is being lead away, possibly by a priest. The neck is decorated with a floral theme on a yellow ground.
